What is your return/exchange policy?

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Size guides are included on every item - please make sure to check those closely! If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to to update to the correct item but this is not guaranteed. Please reach out via the Contact Us page as soon as possible if updates to item or shipping address are needed. 

 

What if I receive the wrong item or it is damaged?

For any incorrect or damaged items please send us a message through the Contact Us page within 3 days of receiving your order so we can make it right!

What if my item is lost or stolen?

This is the worst! If your item was confirmed as delivered (with receipt proof from USPS through a tracking number) but the item was lost or stolen, unfortunately we are not able to issue a refund or replacement at this time.

For packages that are lost within USPS warehouse and do not show that it has been delivered - we will either refund or replace the package at no cost after 60 days that the package is unclaimed.

When will my item ship?

Processing times (prior to shipping) are listed on every item. Please make note of those when you order if you are needing your item by a specific date! All orders will ship once the longest processing time item is ready in one shipment. I will always do my best to get orders shipped as soon as possible but once items are shipped, the shipping time is out of our hands. Please refer to your tracking info from USPS to get shipping updates. 

What size should I get?

Sizing information will be available on each item! Choose the size that most closely aligns with how you like your clothes to fit. All items are unisex.

When will you have new designs?

New designs will be released on a periodic basis. Follow us on Instagram @shopwanderalways to stay up to date with new product releases!

Can I provide feedback or suggest a product idea?
